The Ministry of Helps comprises four departments, each functioning independently but united in purpose:

Each unit is led by a Unit Head, supported by Supervisors.
The entire ministry is overseen by the Deacon, assisted by Branch Coordinators for various church locations.
Department Functions
- Peace Force
Maintain peace and security on church premises
Prevent crimes and civil disturbances
Provide security for pastors, members, and guests
- Traffic and crowd control
Monitor for suspicious activities
Prepare communion, arrange halls
Coordinate weddings
Other duties as assigned
- Greeters
Welcome and greet members and guests
Host first-time visitors and coordinate the Visitors’ Parlor
Liaise with pastoral reps and church office
Distribute visitor gifts and refreshments
Communion preparation, hall arrangement
Provide protocol services as needed
- Special Duties
Manage crowds and ensure traffic flow
Prevent overcrowding
Guide visitors with children/teens
Record and report attendance statistics
Manage lost & found, counseling admin
Prepare communion, coordinate weddings
Support care group functions and hall setup
- Ushers
Seat members orderly and maintain decorum
Support pastoral needs during service
Collect offerings and tithes
Monitor altar calls and assist counselees
Minimize distractions, provide light security
Coordinate weddings and prepare communion
Arrange halls and assist with protocol services
The Ministry of Helps is a core pillar of worship and arts, ensuring that every church-organized event from the gate to the altar runs seamlessly. We handle everything from traffic, seating, security, visitor care, and communion to statistics and special arrangements.
